Microfluidics devices are fabricated by casting silicone rubber (PDMS) onto moulds.
Moulds are fabricated using optical lithography techniques. All necessary tools are available at Nano Lund Labs.
Microscopy is central to the project. Techniques such as fluorescence microscopy, timelapse microscopy, high speed microscopy, and super-resolution techniques are available at the Tegenfeldt, Nordenfelt and Swaminathan labs
